Mr. Scott Frank was and is exceptional in his line of work. When I first contacted the Lafayette Process Servers LLC, I was surprised to see an immediate response because in the past, I have not received someone who was truly passionate about the work that they do. Being that I am new to the business world, Mr. Scott was straight forward with me and honest above all things. He made sure to make me aware of the various processes that goes into a business behind the scenes that I had no idea of and he was realistic with me about the goals he had and about the pricing as well. Everything is 100% legit. In turn, I was in a safe space to be comfortable and honest going forward as well. I now know what I must do to be able to reach my first goal before officially getting started. And it was all thanks to him !! THANK YOU MR. SCOTT FRANK. I had trouble with NOPD serving an opposing party for over a month. I emailed this company late at night, and they immediately responded. While I paid the normal fee, it was still delivered same day of payment. I HIGHLY recommend, and I got immediate responses and updates. I will definitely use this service again.

I’m in California and needed services in Louisiana. Lafayette Process Servers LLC was the first to pop up in my search. I called the number and the gentleman who answered was so nice and explained the process to me and directed me to the website where I selected the service I needed. Lafayette Process Servers LLC. A Process Server named Scott served a Writt of Summons issued from my out of State Court to a resident in Baton Rouge Louisiana. He was polite, professional, quick, and efficient. The company is well served by this process server. I get intimidated by uploading and downloading documents and was given the option of simply emailing them over. Pricing for various types of service was outlined, and I simply chose one and paid by debit card. My entire experience with Lafayette Process Servers LLC ensured that my court case continues in a smooth way, unhampered by serious delays. They did a great job dealing with a very dangerous and difficult person. It's a shame the police in Baton Rouge aren't willing to take police reports because these process servers are literally risking their lives to help stalking victims get their day in court. I found Lafayette Process Servers to be affordable, fast and very professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I've used Scott only twice because my cases are in Texas. Both times he got the job done quickly. Once he went out of his way to arrange a location to serve a long haul truck driver. I will use him again if I have another Louisiana Defendant.
