Balanced Counseling is professional and effective. Highly recommend Alison Wynn-Tierney and her team for your counseling needs. Definitely give them a call if you are thinking about it.

Great, calming and relaxing atmosphere. I love having EMDR therapy available. It is also very helpful that telehealth is offered; such a wonderful place. I have tried a lot of different therapy modalities, and this is the first time I truly feel a difference. Alison makes it a safe place and has been amazing. I am so grateful I took a friend's recommendation to come here.

I've been going to Balanced Counseling for a few years. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond, but even more importantly Alison is a fantastic therapist. She guides me through my memories and how to interpret my feelings and their related reactions. They have helped me get through some of the toughest times of my life.
